Cape May artist, Elise Bond is sharing her “Spotlight – Women in the Arts” with Gallery 50, Inc. and you! Ms.
Bond’s paintings are of female artists who are glamorous in the public eye and have faced great obstacles that
might be devastating and yet, they overcame their challenges with successful careers. The women, actors, singers, dancers and fine artists, are painted in quiet sepias and surrounded by elaborate, colorful backgrounds that
are in harmony with their subject. You’ll see Joni Mitchell, Carole Lombard, Natalie Wood, Eartha Kitt, and so
